Pennington is an outstanding leader who hates to lose. The NFL team that ends up drafting Pennington will love his competitive nature. He has a good, strong arm and can make all the throws needed to be an NFL QB. While he's not very quick, he has the ability to throw on the run and has a lot of poise under pressure. The only question scouts have is that he hasn't faced difficult college competition playing for Marshall in the MAC conference.
