Calvin Johnson impresses with a 4.35 40-time

Calvin Johnson lived up to expectations and blazed an official 4.35 40-yard dash at today's combine. An amazing time for someone 6'5" and 239 pounds.

Wow. not quite as fast as Moss, but CJ has a much better frame. He has the size to go across the middle, and he wont alligator arm the ball when a defender is coming full speed. Impressive, he is the best WR prospect since Moss, only without the attitude.

As a Vikings fan, I say he is exactly what is needed.

But i cant say after all that he is worth calling the Raiders and giving up the house.

An offer of the #7, the 3rd this year and a 2nd next year may get Cleveland to move though. The Raiders need a QB, and Detroit cant take a WR, no matter who it is.

Cleveland dont pull a housten and draft cause you "NEED" a injury prone back, Just draft this guy. He's the best player in the entire draft.

I have always thought that a wideout just is not worth the first pick in the draft. After after watch Calvin at Tech and reading what kind of worker he is,I have changed my mind. What truly great player he is going to be!
