Pro Day Results - Penn State, Tenn, Texas

Tim Shaw impressed during Penn State's pro day. Shaw ran a 4.42 in the 40-yard dash, a 10-foot, 6-inch broad jump and a 6.68 in the three-cone drill.

Robert Meachem ran a 4.41 at Tennessee's pro day. Justin Harrell had 31 repetitions on the bench press.

Defensive backs Aaron Ross and Michael Griffin were the main attractions during the Pro Day at Texas. Griffin improved his combine 40 time with a 4.39. Bears coach Lovie Smith showed a lot of interest in Ross.

Tony Hunt is a bull. A slow first step and lack of breakaway speed hurt him, but the guy has the heart to play at the next level.

Tony Hunt needs to run his Forty. Until he doesn't he will not be in the top 64 picks. Lendale White was scared of running his forty too and he dropped 20 spots on that and other things. Tony Hunt can play, I don't deny that, but he doesn't run for NFL teams they will overlook with their 1st 2 selections regardless of Hunt's performance in Mobile.
