Shrine Bowl Practice Notes

The Shrine Bowl is this Saturday and while not as exciting as the Senior Bowl next week it does feature some talented players. Including: Travarous Bain, Hampton, Doug Free, Northern Illinois, Dan Bazuin, Central Michigan, John Wendling, Wyoming, John Beck, BYU, Kyle Young, Fresno St., and Mkristo Bruce, Washington St.

Houston Chronicals, Lance Zierlein posted some notes from Monday's practice in his blog.

He stated QB's John Beck and Lestar Ricard looked good, although many scouts have already crossed Ricard off their list because of 'his lack of mental toughness'. Also, mentioned that DL Mkristo Bruce put up a 'solid performance' in one-on-one drills.
