Bears won't let Mike Williams go to Minnesota

You can book this one. The Bears might draft Williams and trade him afterwards to San Diego or trade down with San Diego, but the LAST thing that the Bears want is to see Mike Williams in a Vikqueen uniform.

The ONLY way the Bears don't take Williams is if Brown of Auburn is still on the board and then all bets are off. Cadillac Williams isn't a pass catching back and Cedric Benson's workouts this week were a bust, so they're both out of the #4 slot as far as the Bears are now concerned.

And there's enormous fan pressure to not take Braylon Edwards because the last two Michigan skill guys the Bears took high (Anthony "The A-Trolly" Thomas in the 2nd round and big mouth hot dog David Terrell with the 8th overall pick in the draft), turned into the "Michigan Twin Busts".
