Anyone else noticing the common link here?...when Suh was at Nebraska he was a tough player…but never really a dirty one…he links up with Jim Schwartz and suddenly he is going way over the line…much like Haynesworth did when Schwartz was in Tennessee.

He definitely has some issues. Looks like major anger pent up inside. So much that he may have a split personality. He didn't even realize what he did was wrong, he thinks he was "balancing himself"? C'mon. It looks like he let's his dark side take over when he's on the field. And it's pretty dark.

A player like that isn't worth it. The guy has all the talent in the world, but if you can't keep yourself from killing your own team with crap like that when it matters, you just aren't worth it. I'm not saying that I'm willing to write him off or anything, but as of right now he is currently hurting his team more than helping. A guy like that has to get right in the head before he's worth putting on the field.

Ehhh, I don't think Schwartz helps b/c he is completely classless himself, but Fat Albert was one of the most talented players in college and was a 3rd round pick b/c he's always been a headcase.

Ride along went pretty well. Some lady tried to justify going 61 in a 45 by saying that is was Thanksgiving. Pretty slow night until we got a missing persons report. That was real cool to see that whole process of interviewing, checking out nearby hotels, etc. I don't think I can give out too many details, but it was pretty interesting. I know this sounds extremely grim, but based on the details given, the officers I was with are afraid the person is hanging from a tree somewhere.

Oh, and Nebraska can go to hell.

Chad Ochocinco is out for tomorrows game vs the Eagles, meaning he probably won't reach 1000 yards this season.

I wonder what Ron Zook would have said if you told him he would be fired at the end of the year after the Indiana game? Laughing

Troy Polamalu is standing on the sidelines right now, probably with a concussion, after he decided to tackle a 290-pound lineman with his head/neck at full speed instead of wrapping the guy up.

This is why the "hard-hitting" strong safety style is pointless.

Are you really going to criticize Polamalu's style of play??? Confused

Yes. It's the type of play that shortened the careers of guys like Mike Brown and Bob Sanders. It's the type of play that has cost Polamalu time and will ultimately shorten his career. It's nice that he has two Super Bowls and probably a HOF bid to show for it, but we both know exactly what it feels like to depend on that type of guy to win and have him land on IR every year.
