Steelerspower,

Moderators have told you on MULTIPLE occasions that one-worded responses, quoting someone as your entire responses and using pictures as your only response is NOT what we want here. If you're going to post here, then say something.

If you continue to post pad in this manner, you WILL get a WARNING.

From the league or the law? Usually the league isn't too hard on first timers. If anything, they'll fine him. In the court of law he'll get an attorney and plead out to something small.
DUIs don't often result in reduced charges like other cases do anymore, though. Unless he was really close to the limit, there's a good chance it won't get reduced.

Regardless, first time offenses won't result in stiff sanctions (either from the League or a court of law). Probation, fine, and temporary revocation of license is what I'd expect from court. "Don't do that again" is what I'd expect from the League, with a little check mark in his file so if he does it again they can suspend him or something.

Really? How stupid can you be? Moreso, why aren't people doing something about this? I'm sure someone had to notice him while he was out drinking. Someone can't recognize a professional football player, drunk, and call him a cab?

Towing quite the fine line you are.

The onus is most definitely not on a random guy/gal to call a professional football player a cab. Also, you don't have to be drunk to get a DUI. Hell, you don't even have to blow above the legal limit to get a DUI. If you fail a sobriety test and/or the officer feels your are too inebriated to drive, he/she can give you one.

If I heard correctly this morning , he also blew a .27. They won't be reducing that charge if true.

He's a huge bust. Injuries aren't even the reason why he is either like I've seen mentioned. He's just not athletic enough to be anything more then an average 3rd down RB.

To be fair, that .27 line is for a 140 pound man. He is at least 190 isnt he? Dont get me wrong, I think DUIs are one of, if not the dumbest crime an athlete can commit because with all that money you can afford to buy your own cab company, let alone hail a 20 dollar cab
