Got this idea for a pick em since the matches are starting in about 2 hours. I will give it a go. If its against forum rules please lock it up and I will delete its contents. The final game I choose for this pick em is the FA cup and if I'm not mistaken that is the last match for the big 4 leagues EPL, La Liga, Serie A and Bundesliga.
The rules are simple, if you win the handicap given you will be allocated point depending on how much you beaten the handicap. I will show you an example so it will be easier to understand. If a draw with the handicap has occurred 0 points will be the result.
Points distribution will be like this, for example today's match.
Aston < 3/4 Man City
Man City is giving 3/4 of a ball to Aston Villa, assume a head start since on paper Man City is a better team.
If the scores ends at 0-1, posters who picked Man City will get awarded 2 points for winning a fraction of the handicap and posters who picked Aston will lose 1 point for losing a fraction of the handicap.
If Man City wins by a goal difference better than 1 goal the posters who picked Man City will be awarded 3 points where as posters who picked Aston Villa will lose 2 points.
So the points distribution is like this.
3 points for beating the handicap, 2 for beating it by half, 0 points if you draw the handicap -1 point if you lose the handicap by half and -2 if you lose the handicap.
