Every year I thought he might have some fantasy relevance, but never did.

The very same. Ironically enough, Jason Hill was deactivated in the game vs the Jets too.

Not a bad possession receiver; in fact, I've come to notice that he actually excels on third down (at least from what I've seen).

He clicked more with Gabbert last year than any other receiver when he was on the roster, but dropped a ton of balls and had a bad attitude

I liked the pick when the Niners got him in the draft. He seemed like he had a lot of potential but never panned out.

Maybe bad attitude was poor wording. He needed to learn when to shut up and just catch the damn ball

Meh. People overblow the Revis comment. He was out of line saying it, but he said plenty of other things during his time in Jacksonville that was positive. As far as attitude went, he had it. He can be a solid #2 (as long as there is a #1 taking attention away from him) and a good target as a #3 or #4. In Denver, if he sticks, he'll at least be behind Thomas and Decker so we'll see how he does. I'd be more concerned about the guy throwing him the football. Gabbert was bad as a rookie, but Tebow doesn't have the same kind of upside. Hill did seem to have sticky fingers on 3rd down more than our other guys (though that's not saying a ton) so that can help them.

So if Tebow has a 50% chance of getting the ball to the WR, and Hill has a 50% of catching it....

That doesn't look great. It'd be one thing if Decker and Thomas were consistent guys on the short and intermediate routes to let Hill run deep, but none of these guys are known for consistency.
