No way he ran that 40 in under 4.4. He looked slow and old when he was a Titan. Now can he train and get in shape sure but I dont think he holds alot of value at this stage of his life.

No he looked like he didnt care as a Titan, Raiders days anyone?

Well thats true too. Thats why I dont know why anyone would want him on a team. Yeah when things are good with him there great but when things are bad and he gives half effort and all that its a train wreck. He has talent no doubting that but will he really give a full effort this season. If I were the Saints I would stay away from him and draft some talent. Lots of quality recievers in this draft that can be had in mostly any of the first 3-4 rounds.

wonder what moss is coming back this season.

the motivated good moss or the horrible demotivated moss.

either you get one of the greatest or one of the worse.

big gamble for a 35 year old player.

It isn't hard to figure out Moss career. If you're winning, hes dominating, if you're losing he quits. The Saints have generally won the past few years so I think he'd be ok here.

What I noticed most about some of those highlights was Jeff George's arm Shocked ...My Lord...He was throwing "SEEDS".

::Oh and the Moss guy was pretty good too. Wink

I thought Jeff George threw the best deep ball to Moss. Wish he would have stayed in Minnesota longer.

According to Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk, Moss did NOT run a 40 for the Saints.

Quote:
We pointed out on Tuesday that, although receiver Randy Moss impressed the Saints with his route-running, he didn’t run 40 yards in a straight line with a stopwatch ticking.

I’ve re-confirmed, via multiple sources, that Moss indeed did not run a 40-yard dash, because there is at least one report that he did. And at least 100 of you have pointed via email and/or Twitter.

Contrary to those reports, Moss didn’t run a 40-yard dash.

It’s still unknown whether he wasn’t asked to run a 40, or whether he declined. (Or whether they offered him $1,500 if he could break 4.4. seconds.)

A year off probably helped more than it hurt him. His legs are as fresh as they have ever been at any point in time.

Everything is good for moss no matter what. What are you going to do when Moss is a straight bum this season?
