I cannot wait to see Peyton Manning run the no-huddle offense in the thin of of Mile High. It gives me jitters just imagining it.

I know a lot of us have been saying it for years. No-huddle and Mile High seem like two peas in a pod.

Wow, people are a little ouchy around here right now. I post what was supposed to be a joke about Marion Barber and get crucified for it.

I never said Tebow enjoyed the attention, but the fact is he recieved it and he got more credit than he was due. Period.

I think with the state of the forum being as it is, I may just take a little leave of absence, as many before me have done. Laughing

Seems like Knowshon is standing right behind him. I bet they are already working on Moreno becoming our version of Rhodes/Addai. Hopefully he stays healthy this season.

If we were to play the word association game with Peyton Manning, the first words I would think of are:

-Winner
-Professional
-Role model
-MVP
-1 man > 300 Spartans

It feels good to enter a season with a legitimate Super Bowl chance, which we haven't experienced since our conference final loss with Plummer. When the fantasy turned reality of acquiring Manning I shed a single tear and immediately put aside another couple bills for his jersey on April 26th (in addition to Von's).

Sounds like Peyton is on a mission. I hope everyone involved sees his leadership as a positive going forward.

A good intro to Manning's offense here in Denver.

EDIT

If you really read through the whole article, and believe it to be true, there is no way in hell that Manning didn't affect the drafting of players this year.(with his imput on the offense)
This is as basic as it gets.... Until you get to the audibles! He basically stands at the LOS, goats the D into showing thier cards, and audibles accordingly(creating mismatches).
In any case, dare I say, that this is the reason the Broncos brass felt like they had the so called "luxury" pick of Oswieler? Very interesting to say the least.
And NO, I have no idea where I'm going with this, just thoughts.

Also shows that Peyton Manning truely is one of the smartist QB's to play the game.

Also shows the learning curve for the young WR's on this team. Not to mention the rest of the offense.
Let alone the line calls, motion, and rhetoric.
If it is truely win now, we better have a full OTA and mini camp.

That's a lot of words for something that offers little more than speculating on how current Broncos fit a "Peyton Manning offense" based on their experience under McDaniels. The first article was pretty basic stuff that I have been telling people all off-season, but this second article simply was not needed. It reads like a message board post.

Also, Virgil Green lacking soft hands is one of the dumbest things I have read lately.

The first article is indeed very basic yet I wanted to revive this Manning thread. The second part I included just for completion purposes. I neither wrote the two entries nor do I promote the site if that's what you are implying.
