No twitter spoilers please. If the networks can wait for the announcement so can we.

Ive already told myself that if one player (after Luck and RGIII) is reported minutes before the actual pick, Im going to shut off twitter for the night. I dont want the Shefters and Claytons to ruin the surprise anymore.

You should probably just turn off twitter now than HAHA. For the record, I will be really pissed if INDY and WAS take the full clock to announce the picks. That will be so stupid.

Tell me about it. The draft starts at 1am local time; last thing I need is them two dragging out their picks when everyone knows who they are drafting.

I hate how ESPN shows the player getting the phone call before Goodell announces it live. Does anyone know it NFL Network does the same thing?? Because if they dont do that I would much rather watch the draft on NFL Network.

The NFL isn't allowing ESPN and NFL Network to do that this year because it takes the surprise out of the picks.

IDK if anyone has seen this. It is a tour of draft room. Obviously it doesnt give any insight to the pick, but its kind of cool anyway

So, if everyone takes their 15 Minutes, that puts the Broncos picking 6 hours after the start of the Draft. It would suck to wait the 6 hours and then have the Broncos trade out of the 1st.

Isn't it 10 minutes per pick now?

You're right. 10 Minutes in the 1st, 7 minutes in the 2nd. That would cut it down to 4 hours, which seems more reasonable. It starts at 6PM Mtn. Time, so it would be 10PM at the latest for our pick to come up.

It is 10 minutes, however Minnesota will be on the clock within a few minutes of the draft starting.

Last year the whole thing took just under 3 and a half hours.

Please, please, please trade down. I would have no problem dealing from, say, #25 to #35 with a high 4th rounder as compensation.

The value at #25 is awful this year. Seriously awful.
