Devastating news, boys. Out of all people it happens to Derrick Rose. Just as KC Johnson said... He stands for a lot of what is good about the NBA... The Bulls' title hopes probably goes down with him.

Derrick rose is one of the most dedicated and hardest working players we have in the league today.

I wish him a full recovery and he definitely does not deserve this injury.

Well, the Bulls are done now. They'll likely beat the Sixers without him, but they won't get any farther than that.

Thibs has to take a TON of flak for having him in the game at that point.

No he doesn't, they were only up by about 10 with a minute and a half left that's a lot of time any thing could happen. Just a bad break for Rose and the Bulls.

The media is already giving him crap but im with you.

Besides, no one even touched him, just a case of weak lower body from all those injuries during the year.

Chicago media scrutinizes everything that way though.

This is the biggest question, he can not rush back like he is going to want to.

Yeah, put a damper for the entire day for me. Had the same feeling when Cutler went down. We can't catch a brea here in Chicago recently. Everyone else has to step up. Good thing is that they have played a lot of the season without him and played well. But this is a different season, the playoffs....I hope recovers well and comes back better than ever.

Yep, has been the damper to my day too. Haven't stopped thinking about it since it happened. And, I turn it to the cubs thinking... Wow... They are winning AGAIN.. And now randy wells blows it in the 4th and gives up 4 runs......

Terrible, terrible news, but it's still a really good team, I'm stickin w/ it thru the end. Hopefully the team can do what no one else thinks they can.

I taped the game and watched it after the game and it knocked the wind out of me when he went down.

I feel terrible for him, the team and us fans as May was going to be awesome because of Rose and the Bulls.

Between Jay's thumb and Derrick's knee I feel like we are cursed.

The worst part is that this probably keeps him out of a big chunk of the regular season next year.

I definitely think with the team we have and given how they have played without rose all season, I think the will beat the 76ers this series and I also think they would have a pretty good shot at beating the celtics round 2... East conference finals is a whole different story tho... If they can make it there
