UDFAs
Patrick Schiller, LB Northern Illinois
-He is 6'2, 234 lbs. From what I know he is a hard-worker and looks somewhat impressive. Good pick up by our FO as far as UDFAs go.
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=71685&draftyear=2012&genpos=OLB
Josh Harris, LS Auburn
-He is 6'1, 252 lbs. He is the #1 LS in this year's draft class. Not sure if that matters a whole lot, but I think he is a good pickup.
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=108250&draftyear=2012&genpos=LS
Cory Pearcy, WR Huntingdon
-He is 5'11, 160 lbs. Didn't think this was a great move, but he runs a 4.31-4.36 40 yd dash. He might fight for a roster spot as we should have 1 or 2 open at WR. Could work very well in the slot if used right.
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=86364&draftyear=2012&genpos=WR
Lamark Brown, WR Minn-Mankato
-He's 6'3, 228 lbs. He has played everywhere from S, to WR, to RB from what I've read. He projects as a receiver and I heard his 40 time is up to the 4.45-4.55 range.
http://cache.profootballweekly.com/prospects/player/lamark-brown-7/
Tyler Horn, C Miami
-He is 6'4, 298 lbs. He could be being brought in as a PS or a fringe roster player, but I think this kid has skills. We still could try to push for a C and just keep Konz at RG permanently. Not saying this kid will be that but I definitely do see talent.
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=69051&draftyear=2012&genpos=C
Phillipkeith Manley, G Toledo
-He is 6'5, 330 lbs. Has started all games at Toledo at LG for the past 2 years. Definitely has size for the OL either at G or T.
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=83586&draftyear=2012&genpos=OG
Robert Frey, RB, Kutztown State
-He is 6'0, 208 lbs. He is somewhat fast with a 40 range of 4.44-4.59. Don't know too much about him.
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=69960&draftyear=2012&genpos=RB
Max Gruder, LB Pittsburgh
He is 6'2, 230 lbs.
| Quote: | | Tough, smart player who can play all three LB slots; not all that big or fast, but is very instinctive; understands the scheme and does a nice job lining up the defense; physical tackler had 170 tackles the past couple of seasons, although he doesn’t make a lot of plays upfield; can contribute in coverage and on special teams. |
http://www.pittsburghpanthers.com/sports/m-footbl/mtt/gruder_max00.html
Chad Faulcon, S Montclair St
-He is 5'11, 200 lbs. Don't know anything about him, other than he has a huge desire to make it in the NFL.
http://thexlog.com/201204250635/xtra-point-football/nfl/giving-chad-faulcon-a-shot-in-the-2012-nfl-draft/
Dawson Zimmerman, P Clemson
-Not 100% but pretty sure he signed with us. He is 6'1, 205 lbs. Wasn't in my top 10 of Punters, so that's probably not a good thing. Need a guy to push Bosher though.
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=85073&draftyear=2012&genpos=P
Casey Therriault, QB Jackson St
-He is 6'2, 201 lbs. Don't know too much about him besides he isn't a scrambler and is mostly a pocket passer.
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=112925&draftyear=2012&genpos=QB
James Rodgers, WR Oregon State
-He is 5'7, 184 lbs. He is obviously the brother of RB Jacquizz Rodgers who is on our football team. Isn't really extremely fast for his size runs about a 4.5 40. Good hands and instincts though.
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=71578&draftyear=2012&genpos=wr
Louis Nzegwu, DE/OLB Wisconsin
-He is 6'4, 255 lbs. Pretty good pass rusher. Good pickup for us.
http://wisconsin.scout.com/a.z?s=193&p=8&c=1&nid=5531804
Dominique Davis, QB ECU
-He is 6'3, 221 lbs. One of the best UDFA QBs that was on the market. He is a pretty good passer and versatile as a scrambling QB.
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=69562&draftyear=2012&genpos=qb
Jerrell Harris, LB Alabama
-He is 6'2, 239 lbs. He was the #5 WLB coming out of high school 4+ years ago. Anyone who plays defense at Alabama is worth taking a shot on.
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=82939&draftyear=2012&genpos=olb
Adam Nissley, TE UCF
-He is 6'5, 264 lbs. He is from what I hear a good quality TE to be getting as an UDFA. Maybe he could squeeze his way on the team as a #3 TE.
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=71159&draftyear=2012&genpos=TE
Micanor Regis, DT Miami
-He is 6'2, 304. He didn't get a whole lot of playing time at Miami, but I like this signing a good bit. He has potential.
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=84118&draftyear=2012&genpos=dt
Bryce Harris, OT Fresno State
-He is 6'6, and 300 lbs.
| Quote: | | A big, smart, unflashy college left tackle, Harris is not as athletic as you would expect of a former basketball standout (movement skills play better in space than in tight quarters). However, he is a character player warranting draftable consideration as a versatile, developmental swing backup. Is a better run blocker than pass protector and could be best on the right side or kicking inside in the pros. |
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=70260&draftyear=2012&genpos=OT
Marty Markett, DB South Carolina
-He is 5'9, 172 lbs. He didn't get a whole lot of playing time at SCAR I don't think. IIRC he came in on nickel packages frequently. He at least should have good knowledge of football playing at SCAR.
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=68918&draftyear=2012&genpos=CB
Michael Calvin, WR California
-He is 6'3, 210 lbs. I really like picking him up to at least give him a chance because what I hear is he has decent hands and he runs a 4.3-4.4 40 yd dash which is damn good for his size. Maybe we give him a real shot, however we are bringing in a LOT of WRs.
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=68883&draftyear=2012&genpos=WR
Ray Kibble, DT Kansas State
-He is 6'4, 308 lbs. He is a guy that didn't get a whole lot of playing time at K-State, but he was a JUCO transfer and transferred in his junior year. I think he was 3rd or 4th on the depth chart. Could be a guy that surprises people.
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/profilexnews.php?pyid=109406&draftyear=2012&genpos=DT
Marcus Jackson, WR Lamar
-He is 6'0, 198 lbs. From what I read he runs about a 4.47 40. I also read he has good hands, but really lacks the strength to be physical or block in the run game.
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=108921&draftyear=2012&genpos=WR
Rico Council, LB Tennessee State
-He is 6'0, 245 lbs. He has good enough speed for a MLB, but can be versatile to play all LB spots. He looks to be a good football player.
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=89199&draftyear=2012&genpos=ILB
Peyton Thompson, CB San Jose State
-He is 5'11, 185 lbs. He runs about a 4.5 40. He was a standout player on San Jose State's defense last season, and looks to be a solid UDFA pickup for us.

Maybe so. I thought he went to the Jags to play.
Edit: You said he got cut. Maybe but I wouldn't imagine unless he came in to work out and was overly impressive (which happens from time to time). _________________

I think Aron White is too. I was waiting for official confirmation to put up, but I've heard it like 15 times so I will do it anyways. _________________

He's a Steeler.
Update: Falcons have not agreed to terms with Georgia TE Aron White from his twitter.
