People who are saying that say Revis is the clear #1 is kidding themselves. It was a coin flip between him and Leon Hall as to who was the top cornerback prospect in their class.

I didn't see the draft, nor was I alive for Deion Sanders so I won't rank him. Here is how I have the top corners of the last few years.

Patrick Peterson>Joe Haden>Darrelle Revis>Morris Claiborne>Malcolm Jenkins>Leodis McKelvin

The thing is, you guys are not looking at them as prospects. I loved Revis coming out of Pitt, but he fell to the 20s (I think). Most teams did not think he was going to be as good as he is.

I think it was in the teens, but that was a slightely different era of football. Revis and his 4.3 speed would get drafted ahead of Claiborne today. Just look at how much ground Gilmore made up "out of nowhere." Revis was certainly a better prospect than Gilmore.

Definitely would have liked to see Morris Claiborne on the Skins if the QB situation was not what it is/was aka. desolate and destitute. Like his hand use, feet, play recognition - he's going to be a potential all-pro at corner and really gives the Cowboys the ability to become a better overall team. Really like the selection.

I would have Haden, Revis and then Mo Claiborne (I have not followed the draft as long as many on here). I think PP is destined to play FS and therefore I would have him behind Claiborne. Although, PP's potential is much higher. If he can and does stay at corner, he's the better prospect. Either way, the Cowboys are taking the right steps to combat the vertical passing attacks that their division rivals have or are adopting.

Word. He wasn't the prospect PP was tauted to be. PP is the best corner
Prospect in a good min. Btw, did cowboy fans vote lol?
9 votes and not more than 1-2 souls have said Claiborne>>

Haden was all potential. Raw Corner who played the position for a few years.
He was all potential and he's turning out to be a good one. I see Mo as a pure
cover corner. He's agreat slower Asante Samuels. Might not be as good(asante is criminally underrated on this board). But I see that being his potential.

He's possibly the most overrated cornerback in history. People will lie and say that he's a better cornerback prospect than Quentin Jammer, and that's just not true.

no bias here......i really hope he picks off vick like 44 times

don't know much about this guy as i had no clue we'd have a shot at em and i don't watch much college ball but i like his length and ability to make plays on the ball something we've lacked in our secondary for YEARS hoping he becomes a top 10 top 5 corner in a few years or else this draft is for naught Pray

Claiborne is the 2nd best CB from this draft, behind Jenoris Jenkins
