I didnt follow Baylor, but they had Robert Griffin III and Robert T. Griffin? Laughing

The Redskins should have taken Robert T. Griffin for the LOLs.

How much of it, do you think, is teams just wanting to make their top pick more comfortable? I mean the Jets drafted Scotty McKnight last year entirely because he is Sanchez's best friend.

Never heard of him.

Bills drafted Nigel Bradham and Zebrie Sanders, both out of Florida St.

The Giants did the Hokie Pokey this draft, which is surprising considering we've only ever had 4 players from VT EVER on the Giants, and none of them ever did anything.

The Bengals take a LOT of Georgia players.

Orson Charles
AJ Green
Clint Boling
Geno Atkins
Denis Roland
Robert Geathers.

Not to mention David Pollack and Odell Thurman.

Colts took zero players from the Big Ten Conference. First time since 2006. In the Bill Polian era there were only 3 years he didn't draft at least 1 Big Ten player.

this marks the 3rd consecutive season the Steelers drafted Florida teammates (Maurkice pouncey, Marcus Gilbert, Rianey) and we took Cam Heyward's teammate at OSU Mike Adams this season

I know, not the same year, but it's kinda similar to the OP. Razz

Chiefs drafted Jon Asamoah in 2010 & Jeff Allen this year, both from Illinois and both are guards.

Wow that is awesome!

Btw how bad is the Ovie Mughelli (Sp?) injury since they grabbed a FB.

Last year, Carolina brought in three players from Auburn (Cam Newton, Lee Ziemba, Darvin Adams).

Different than what is being asked but since Hurney has taken over in 2002, we've only taken 2 SEC players with our top pick in the draft. In general, it seems like we don't really bring in SEC players much.

Well thanks for that. I thought it was just a mistake in name..... Figured it was supposed to be Joe.
