Antonio Allen - No clue how someone that was as productive as him dropped to the 7th. I think he'll make the Jets very happy. Wish the Bengals would have taken him over Iloka.
Cam Johnson - In a rotation role for the 9ers, I think he'll excel.
Danny Coale - I think he'll have a bigger impact for the Cowboys this season than people think.
Tommy Streeter - Will need time to mature, but his speed and size will provide a good deep target for Flacco's big arm in time.
Josh Chapman - If healthy, could help the Colts immensely in switching to the 3-4... _________________

Is there really such things as steals? I mean, we go by whatever pair of rankings we use whether it be the talking heads, our favorite draft website, or own rankings and it doesn't change the fact they're opinions of talent. Teams who invest time and money seem to be a bit more in tune with the value of players than armchair GMs. _________________

I think someone like Greg Childs and his situation constitutes a steal. Childs was a great player in 2010, and very well could have been a top 50 pick without the injury he suffered. Childs is a steal in that regard if he plays like he did in 2010 for the Vikes. |

Excluding Special Teams:
I would say any pro-bowler taken in the 2nd round or later is a steal and any starter taken in the 3rd round or later is a steal.
Everyone is going to have their own criteria but if you look at past drafts the qualifiers I stated are rare. |

Marvin Jones in round 5 to the Bengals was the biggest steal in the draft IMO. _________________

The biggest steal of the entire draft is Janoris Jenkins. He would have been a top 15 pick if he didnt have off the field issues. It will be interesting to see how the Rams handle him or better yet how he will handle himself as a Rams player now and in the future. I personally think he will behave cuz he knows pretty much everyone expects him to fail so he dont want to prove them right. I am pulling for him not just cuz he is on my team but cuz I like the underdog. To me he is the underdog and yes by his own doing but the past is the past so he have to focus on the future. If he handles himself well I can see him being an all-pro player.
I also think Randle was a steal too cuz he is too talented to be the last pick in the 2nd round. I think the Giants got a steal in him and he is going make Giants fans forget about whats his name...OH YEAH...the superbowl hero...Mario Manningham. |

My god is Marvin Jones overrated. I'm so glad he fell. Hilarious to see people think of him as a 2nd or 3rd rounder. _________________
