What about mentions for the Colts landing Fleener and Allen? Talk about combo's...they land the two best TE's in the draft to compliment their number one overall QB Andrew Luck.

Definitely deserves mention in this thread.

I mentioned it in the OP

I must have missed that.

EDIT: Looking over your original post...I'm still missing it Confused. ...anyway, no big deal.

it was the first thing i wrote lol

"I like the Colts adding Fleener to go with Luck. Instant chemistry. TE's make QB's comfortable, and having the same one you had in College will help Luck. "

Yeah but I was talking about Fleener and Dwayne Allen as a combo...I don't see any mention of Mr. Allen.

Like I said though...It's no biggie.

Mike Adams is just big. I've watched the dude since he played at Dublin Coffman with Jake Stone Burner and I am a huge OSU fan. He is softer than charmin that alone is why you shouldn't vote for Pittsburgh.

This is easily Green Bay. Worthy is a monster and Perry will be a beast.

I went with the Colts taking Luck and Fleener. Aint nothing better than the chemistry these two guys have already being able to play together at Stanford.

I will go outside the box and say as well the Rams taking Jenkins and Johnson. I know those guys have off the field issues but if they can both behave (I think they will) those guys will give the Rams a dominant pass defense to go along with Finnegan, Fletcher (3rd round pick), and Murphy (3rd round pick).

I agree. I'm a fan of both those guys and their potential as a tandem is scary. I'm not sure what their plans are for Johnson though are yet (safety or CB). but I'd like to see him stay at corner.

Fisher says CB but I'm not sure how it's going to work unless they plan to move Fletcher to safety. Which could be interesting. Fletcher was playing like a legit #1 CB before his injury and has been consistently one of the best tacklers in the league at CB since coming into it. He has the size, tackling ability and cover skills to be a great FS but with him developing so well, would you move him?

I guess it comes down to what Janoris and Trumaine show. If both look great, I guess you can definitely rationalize it. Either way, the Rams have a very interesting secondary right now. It's pretty stacked with young talent.

Wow, I'm drooling at the thought of what a secondary with Finnegan, Jenkins and Johnson at CB, Fletcher at FS and Stewart/Mikell at SS could do. If those 2 rookies reach their potential and Fletcher isn't hindered by the ACL injury, it could end up being the best secondary in the NFL.

If I were picking a Rams combo, I'd say Brockers and Jenkins solely because if those 2 reach their potential, the Rams will have one of the best defensive units in the NFL for the next decade if we don't let Long and Laurinaitis get away.

Mike Adams is going to be terrible.

I like what my boys did but I'll go with the Patriots.

Adams is going to be a flop so can't say that was a great pick, but Kevin Colbert must have been doing backflips when he saw DeCastro sitting there at 24. I'm sure he was certain the Patriots were trading up for him at 21.

I figure picks: Value, Need, Fit. On that basis, the Steelers and the Packers are the only two to mention.
