Probably one of the safeties. I can easily see Allen or Coleman putting together a complete season like Mikell use to do. I don't recall Jarrett looking nearly as bad as he is perceived to be because he didn't get any playing time. I can see him putting his best foot forward and surprising people.

I think is has to be both Brandon Graham, and Jaiquwan Jarrett. These high round picks have to show something because neither has accomplished anything. Hopefully they can step there game up.

While I see a lot of things that I expect to improve, this seems to be the most likely. This is, I think, more about oppourtunity than anything else.

DRC is also a good choice. He looked lost inside, but came on a bit at the end of the year when he got some PT on the outside.

I honestly trust Coleman the most out of any of the young safeties at this point.

Shoulda taken Morgan Burnett like I said... Very Happy

1) Nate Allen: He played solid in our last 4 games and I believe he will prove himself to be worthy of that high 2nd round pick. He's a very smart player who can get a little stronger, I believe he's gonna do that and will be helped by Bowles.

2) Brandon Graham: I went nuts when we drafted him, I believe it takes an average D-Linemen 2-3 years to come into their own from college into the NFL. This is going to be Brandon's 3rd year even though he's been hurt for almost half of it. He's going to be coached by the best Dline coach in the game and Brandon is motivated to succeed because he's that type of guy.

3) DRC: He is a former pro-bowler who suffered a very serious injury, he may not be the most physical corner out there but he has TOP 10 covering ability. He can run with anyone and no one will out jump him, plus he is a great man-to-man corner

I'm gonna be kinda bummed if Nate comes into camp weighing like 198 pounds or some other weak sauce weight. I don't even want him to have a personal life outside of going to the store for more protein, peanut butter, and slim jims. He needs to just go to the gym, practice, and turn into something better than he's been. I want our safeties forcing fumbles damnit. I don't wanna have to rely on Cullen Jenkins for big hits. Nate Allen needs to come in and hit the snot out of somebody week 1. And then needs to break up a pass or 2 and stop the run for 4 quarters while he's at it. Otherwise I'm hoping we go safety in round 1 next year. Probably round 2 as well if Jarrett doesn't do anything worth a damn.

JJ, Allen, and Chaney. They would be my picks. I'm all about defense. It's number one.

Djack will be fine. He just wanted to get paid. He has to much talent to do last year again. Nothing but up from here. Can't wait

Michael Vick Less INT, Less FB, Less batted balls, More Rushing TD and god forbid he learned the ability to slide feet first.

Brandon Graham He'll finally be 100% recovered from the injury assuming he doesn't suffer yet another one ala VA every season.

More chance of hell freezing over than Vick learning to slide

There are tons of contenders.

I think DRC shows the most "improvement." Although I don't necessarily think that he will "take his game to a new level" so to speak. He was misused last year. He will be much better going forward playing man coverage as an outside CB. Expect to see what we saw from him when he started because Asante was out.

Vick. this whole offseason the dude is puttin in WORK. he wants it. i made a bet with my neighbor that vick's stats would improve over last year (rush TDs, more TD, less INT)

Maclin. BALL SECURITY. how many damn balls did maclin drop last year? how about the falcons game he essentially lost for us? if he held on to the ball we would have been 9-7. i bet he's been working hard on his ball security in the offseason as well as goin hard in the weight room. the more time a WR is in the NFL, the more time they have to grow/get better.

Allen/Jarrett. new secondary coach will do a world of a difference for these guys. Allen has a solid end of the season after fully recovering from his injury. Jarrett I'm a believer in. Last year he looked so confused and lost out there, this year I feel as if he will play on instincts more.

Kurt Coleman- Like PE mentioned I think he makes his Quintin Mikell type leap and become a solid S for us

Mike Vick - He doesn't get hurt and reduces his amount of turnovers

Jamary Chaney - I think he grabs the SAM spot and doesnt release it and we have Chaney Ryans Kendricks

Chas Henry: after last season he averaged a mere 41 net yard average per punt which wasn't cutting it. I think he will improve

Alex Henery: offseason strength program should help him tremendously as far as leg strength. His accuracy was not a problem, I just didnt see him bang enough 50+ field goals to perfectly rely on him as an option with the game on the line.

Ew? Who are you? Djax doesn't need to improve anything. He has speed that no one on the cowgirls can match. Thats all we need. He just wanted money.

The play I expect to see the most improvement is Graham, and Jarrett.

Lol who are you? Who are you bro?

If you're happy with Djax's production from last year, then you are ridiculously misguided
