I don't see how some of the other mocks can put a S here. Sure Landry makes sense...but they really need a quality back that can carry the load... Priorities people!!!

Really? The Texans need a quality back? Clearly they've seen something in Reggie Bush that no one else has -- something enough to qualify him as "not quality".

More to the pick though, if they passed on Bush, they should pass on Peterson. Davis, Gado, and Lundy are all good enough for a team with more glaring holes. Theres a good chance Davis would be a perennial all-pro if Steve Hutchinson or Alan Faneca were leading the way.

This pick is going to Atlanta for Schaub. But if no deal can be reached they take the best player available.

I'd love for this pick to happen come draft day and there is ZERO chance we give up a first for Schaub

Leon did well but he isn't a true franchise back. Martin will retire and Barlow is a bust. Time to upgrade.

Why, because he wasn't taken in the first round?

I like both picks, but I'd prefer HB Blades to Buster.

Charles Johnson is a good player, but with the recent injury to Lepsis perhaps a OL as well.

5) Tennessee Titans
Joe Thomas, OT, Wisconsin
Vince Young will need all the time he can get...and with receiver being fairly deep they can address that in round 2.

Joe Thomas is a very bright, young man and will most likely have a very successful career, but I'm just not sure if Reese and Fisher would agree on this pick. The OL play has really stepped up the last couple of weeks and I don't think they'd use their 1st pick on an OL. With DE, CB, OG, and S being a more pressing need, I think they would choose Gaines Adams here.

The Vikings would never pass on Ted Ginn Jr.

Decent Vikings pick, HORRIBLE explination! There is absolutely no way we trade the 17th pick for Matt Schaub. Especially when he is a free agent and we could probably get him for a 3rd. We have our QB of the future in Tarvaris Jackson.

Hate to continue this insult train but the Packers pick is terrible. Heres why:
1) He doesnt warrent that high a pick
2) We run a zone blocking scheme (ZBS), meaning we use smaller more athletic o-linemen
3) The ZBS also specializes in using lower profile players to make an equally efficient offense so a OT that high is not such a big deal.
4) Need. RB, S, and CB are all greater positions of need (in no order basically BPA at those 3 positions).

Try to take those into account next time Wink
