I understand why he was kept, but honestly sometimes that immediate firing after the season is a good thing.

AMEN to LaBoy!
Bringing back Florence isn't the worst thing in the world... we could actually use some phisicality with our corners...
And he won't be on the field full time, so that isn't such a bad idea.
