I can't believe you got McCarthy too - there were 4 coaches that I had way above the rest, so I thought you weren't getting one picking at 5. I'm not calling it rigged though unless one of Brady/Brees/Rodgers falls to you in the main draft
As, don't suppose there's any chance we can do 4 rounds of the coaches draft and do ST co-ordinators too? |
meh, not worth it for ST coordinators. but I don't want Brady or Brees... to old for me at this point. _________________

That would be helpful as we get into the bottom rounds. I can help if needed. Not your personal big board but a resource to reference players at each position. | I'll make a top 64, with the starter and backup from all 32 teams and post it up... that way, there is no question.
EDIT: actually, just going to do taken players lists instead. that way someone can look and see if their guy has been taken or not. |
I would advise a top 64 and we can bold they players that have been taken. When it gets into selecting backup lineman and corners and so forth its helpful. I remember last time around wishing I had made a giant big board of positions. Lets just get one together. I can help. |
I started listing players and updated the thread. QB and RB done. Did the majority of who would be drafted I felt. |
can I be honest with you? I'd rather not have the lists, but can we have them in alpha order by last name instead of what looks like a ranking. _________________

Interesting picks from GrimeyKid.
Harbaugh has never been a DC at any level, but he has been a position coach for both linebackers and defensive backs, as well as his ST work. Still, with Phillips, Crennel, Carroll and Haslett still on the board, it's certainly a risk/reward pick.
Koetter as the 2nd OC off the board also surprised me. I know he's now the Falcons' guy, but his teams haven't finished above 22nd in either yards or points in the last 4 years. I won't say who I like at the position as I haven't picked one, but I've got several names that I'd definitely go with before Koetter. (none of which were available to the Falcons when they employed him BTW) |

I thought about Schwartz but he will have to win a couple of playoff games for me to want him. _________________

| If the drafts flip each time. Does that mean I have the 2nd pick overall for the Vets? |

the odd # of rounds + the snaking of the draft makes it to where it's back to back picks for the guys at the end/beginning of each draft. makes it fair. _________________
