Okay, fans of ALL teams in the league: What rookies are looking good so far, with I'm assuming the majority of minicamps having concluded after this past weekend? Be curious for some feedback. For the Bills? Way too early or whatever, but Stephon Gilmore looks like he will be a STUD at the cornerback position. T.J. Graham, our 3rd-round WR, looks like a player, as well. Let's hear who's looking good, people! Very Happy

Reiff has been everything advertised when they took him.

Chris Greenwood has impressed with his size and speed combination. He posted some ridiculous work-out numbers and is sort of a project adapting from playing at a DII school to NFL.

UDFA receiver Patrick Edwards also impressed his first day and was quoted as being faster than his 40 time indicated.

Good info! I was thinking the Lions might have a legit steal with Reiff.

Boykin (4th round CB), have been pretty impressive so far. He have been handling some Punts and also been playing inside and outside on Defense.

Saw Boykin as probably being pretty good. If he winds up being your nickle/slot corner and PR, that's a great pick.

Demario Davis' (3rd round) leadership skills have been heavily complimented. He seems to be a perfect fit for a Rex Ryan defense.

WRs Stephen Hill (2nd round) and Jordan White (7th round) have both supposedly looked impressive.

I don't think any rookie can impress in May. The rookie minicamps are basically glorified walkthroughs against players who mostly won't be on NFL 53s in a few months. If they can walk and chew gum at the same time right now they'll be "impressive." Just my two cents.

Tannehill has had good reviews from coaches/players.

Until the pads go on it is fairly meaningless. I can't help but think of Derek Hagan always tearing it up in OTAs and then doing nothing once pads are on.

Laughing Cool

It'll be August before you know it, and then we can really start evaluating these guys.

But if you want me to play along, word from Ed Bouchette is that Sean Spence was the most impressive looking rookie at the Steelers weekend rookie minicamp FWIW.

Surprising. Where are the Steelers planning on using him, ILB or OLB?

The two standouts thus far from what I've heard have been Upshaw and Tommy Streeter.

Upshaw has looked good in walkthroughs in terms of understanding the role, moving around and dropping back in coverage. Obviously he isn't actually covering anyone yet but coaches have said he looks good moving for such a big guy. They mentioned size wise he looks an awful lot lot Pernell McPhee playing OLB considering Upshaw is only 1" shorter and 8lbs lighter than McPhee. But he moves well for a big guy.

Tommy Streeter's size and speed have not disappointed in person. As well, reports are that he's catching the ball well out and away from his body and had a few nice grabs with throws behind him on the first few days.

Streeter could be a DEFINITE steal.
