Cards take AP there then trade his rights to a team like cleveland or GB for Gaither (who is a natural RT and what we need to protect Matt L's Blindside) While picking up an extra 2nd rounder. We can get a FS and C in the 2nd and we are set. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's

I like the Branch pick. The main thing missing on the Defense this year, is a Big Time run stopper in the middle, and Branch is the best in the draft. But it would be hard to pass on Peterson _________________

| The Broncos have the option of keeping Walker after this year and they will make sure that Walker stays. They also have David Kircus, Brandon Marshall (who has looked good), Dominik Hixon (who just came off of IR), and Quincy Morgan return man. Jeff is a good player but the Broncos have other needs. Safety, DL, OT (Lepsis was injured). |

Cincinnati – R. Alexander, LB, Okla.
Pollack and Thurman situations have prompted Bengals to take the BPA in the LB department.
|
The Thurman situation is exactly why the Bengals will NOT draft Rufus Alexander. He just got arrested recently. Based on who is left, the Bengals would probably go with Tank Tyler, Eric Weddle, or maybe a DE. |
Tank had a DUI too no?Alexander was just in the car of someone getting a DUI? I'm not sure but it really did sound anything like odell who had quite about of troubled history when drafted....
alexander sounds more like brooks made 1 mistake and needs learn from it. _________________ FU 49ers

McCoy is the wlb of the future? Really? I dont know that.. if you are positive about that then my apologies... However, Reid does not take S in first round either... Reid prefers to take linemen but both sides are set I believe. Center? I dont think so since there is no first round C this year.
Tank was not charged as DUI but was cited for being intoxicated in public and assault against cops or authority figure people in nightclub. He was suspended for few games for "accidentially" spitting on opponent's OL whilst feud but no big deal.
I forget about Brooks... Unless Brooks is ready to play outside, Alexander should not be gone to Bengals...Umm. I still dont trust Brooks' knees that knocked him out of the season for two years...
Broncos' wr corp looks good but Broncos tends to dump some youngsters if they find a better one..... Remember Watts. He was praised by Broncos when he was improving enough to replace Lelsie last year.. Now he is gone because they get big physical wr Marshall and speedy wr Hixon.. Never know.... |

no centers set for the future as well, jackson signed a 5 year deal before the season started
i think we'd go, S(FS/SS), DE, CB in the 1st _________________ Brown: 46 rec, 816 yards, 8 rec TD, 1 rush TD, 15-20+, 6-40+, 34 FD |

Oakland – A. Branch, DT, Mich.
Owner Davis likes to go after a freakish athletic. Sapp is getting older and needs a real talent in DT to help him out.. Sands is not answer. No Peterson due to Jordan/Fargas; No Gaither due to moving Gallery back to RT(I think).

Although I appreciate your though process on this, I do not think that this will be our guy especially considering AP is still there _________________

Anyways, I think he'd be kindof a reach here, but if McKay takes him hes not. see example Norwood _________________

| There is no way Laron Landry will fall that far. I like the Packers pick though. |
