RG3 is scheduled to be on Thursday at some point during the show, which starts at 11:30. That means that this blogger just set his Tivo for the appearance and will give you a rundown on it on Friday morning.
it sure will be exciting seeing our young qb on the tonight show! Crazy, just crazy! Shocked Laughing

that's exactly how I feel. Usually I'm watching redskins nation at 11:30 or sleeping but on Thursday I'll be watching annoying jay

Didn't catch this until after the fact ... I'd rather he'd skipped the Tonight Show. I don't begrudge him making the rounds after he won the Heisman, but right now, he's a just another rookie. He should focus on becoming the best he can be here before going on the national circuit again.

Leno pays about $500, which isn't much. But until he gets his NFL contract, I'm not going to criticize him for trying to make a little extra money to support his family.

Anyone actually watch it or dvr/TiVo it?

I fell asleep on my couch before 11 and missed it Sad

Here is an article on his appearance:

http://content.usatoday.com/communities/thehuddle/post/2012/05/robert-griffin-iii-talks-proposals-obama-with-jay-leno/1

I think the highlight for redskins fans would be his response to when Leno asked about when his wedding would be, Rg3 said:

Quote:
Asked when the wedding bells will actually ring, Griffin responded: "Some time next year. Gotta focus on that playbook."
all in all though, nothing major. Just the usual interview with him. They talked about his socks and actually about the president and playing basketball. Noting too major, which is what I expected.

He can beatbox very well, but that was about all that was worthwhile from the show.

Oh yeah, I read about that also. Laughing great! I also remember that Malcolm Kelly was a good rapper. Laughing Let's hope RG3 is a better football player though... Pray

I missed the first part of the segment. I saw almost everything but him walking on stage. Not once did I hear anyone mention "Redskins." Laughing I did see the beat boxing thing. That was entertaining!

I dont see how any guy can hate Leno. Hes the ultimate car guy.
Met him at a show and he was displaying this 50s buick he had and a McLaren. Could of stood there talking to him all day long. Gotta be the most down to earth, blue collar guy in hollyweird.

Never seen his tonite show before though. Do watch his car segments and his garage online stuff.

Well that's cool, but he's annoying and not funny. I've also heard he's a jerk. At least that is what Howard Stern says. Laughing

Howard stern is a lowlife beyond lowlifes.
Jay is no jerk, was super approachable to talk to. But who wouldnt act like a jerk to a piece of filth like stern.

Stern was going to do a show in my country once during Carnival. 1st day someone struck him in the head with a rock. And mobs stood around laughing yelling at him to go back home and destroy his own country.
He was on the first flight back to America doing just that with a police escort. Laughing

God bless Trinidad. Very Happy

Hmm. Gotta differ there. Howard stern is amazing! My favorite radio personality of all time! IMO the best. Sorry that happened in Trinidad, but IMO people shouldn't be throwing rocks at visitors to their country.
