Nekos is Chuck Brown's son who chose football over Music, largely because of stage fright. Nekos played at UVA and now plays for the Arena League Chicago Rush, and he was on ESPN 980’s Sports Fix Thursday afternoon to talk about his father’s passing. The Redskins came up.

Pretty cool that the godfather of GoGo music was as big a redskins fan as they come!

| Man, I saw a clip on RedSkin Nation..Made me tear up to lose a big fan like that guy . He was performing at halftime a coupla years ago--Dude looked like about 50,, not 70!! A hearty hail and farewell to Mr. Brown.. |
