| The starting offense + Phil Dawson. We need more than 13 points per game. A lot more. |

In no particular order.....
1. One of our OLBs. Gocong showed some flashes last season, but Fujita looked pretty bad. We need strong play from our OLBs because DQ can't tackle everyone...or can he?
2. Buster Skrine. Sheldon's days our numbered, and he showed last season he is well on his way downhill. I hope Skrine can step in and take over the #2 spot but that may just be the Cleveland optimism in me.
3. Justin Hughes. With the loss of Phil Taylor, Hughes will have pretty big shoes and 350 pounds of space to fill. Taylor had a fantastic rookie debut and his injury is a huge blow to the defense, so Hughes will need to perform well to help stop the run and collapse the pocket. I don't expect Taylor-esque performance, but one can wish.
4. TJ Ward. Ward had a disappointing sophomore season which ended with him on IR. He needs to play like the TJ of 2010 who won the hearts of Cleveland fans. The secondary could look ugly this season minus Joe Haden.
5. Greg Little. No more excuses for him. He had all that time away from football, was a rookie with a shortned offseason, new offense, blah blah blah. Enough of that. Now let's see if he can truly ball. But a lot of his production will depend on...
6. Brandon Weeden. This old timer needs to prove he wasn't another 1st round QB bust picked #22, like a certain Mr. Quinn. We've seen him make the throws, he seems confident and competent, now let's see if he has what it takes.
7. Owen Marecic. Had ups and downs last year, mostly downs from what I recall. He has a potential all-star to block for now so he needs to step his game up.
8+9. Jason Pinkston and Shawn Lavaou. Both very young players, both showed positive and negative signs. They need to play well to protect our new first round investments.
10. Jabaal Sheard. He performed great last year, but I want to see him take the next step this season. He is our best pass rusher and I hope he can tally up double digit sacks. We need to pressure the QB.
11. Evan Moore. Quit complaining about your playing time. You looked good for the first part of the season and then disappeared. With Watson and his concussion history, who knows who will be our starting TE this year. Moore needs to really step his blocking game up or JorCam will quickly replace him.
12. Mitchell Schwartz. Please let him be the answer to our revolving door RT problem. _________________

I'm going to step outside the box and add:
Reggie Hodges - If he can return to his 2010 form, IIRC he led the league in punts inside the 20. With our defense being steady, if we can routinely force 3 and outs, it will put our offense in great scoring position and keep pressure on opposing teams. _________________ Murray State University Alum: Go Racers
