The Orlando Magic select with the 36th and 37th pick in the 2012 NBA Draft....

Shooting Guard: Khris Middleton, Texas A&M

and

Shooting Guard: Kevin Murphy, Tennessee Tech

The Orlando Magic traded up to take a chance on two shooting guards with very good shooting mechanics. Khris Middleton is one of the best mid range shooters in the 2012 class while Murphy may be one of the best long range shooters. Each guy brings something different to the table at the two guard and will compete with Xavier Henry for playing time.

The Orlando Magic select with the 42nd pick in the 2012 NBA Draft...

Power Forward/Center: Kyle O'Quinn, Norfolk State

The Orlando Magic are in full rebuild mode right now and acquiring Anthony Davis was a huge step. Dwight is gone and his rebounding/defense is going to be surely missed. Anthony Davis will do a lot to bring that back, but so will Kyle O'Quinn. The surprise story of the tournament and surprise player really. Kyle O'Quinn is a big player who brings nothing but high energy every day. O'Quinn isn't that tall of a player coming in at 6'8" without shoes but his 7'5" wingspan will make up for that. The Magic have acquired the two best shot blockers in the draft and hopefully they will work that shot blocking magic for the Magic.
