I already PMed the people who were regulars/semi-regulars in the old thread, but as about half of the people here are Missourians or close, I wanted to let you know that I started up a New Mizzou Tigers thread in the College Football forum.
The old one had gotten buried, and it only had 75pg in like 5 years. So as it is a New Era for Mizzou, I thought it the best time to get a new thread started. Id really like to get some good convo going in that one, and will be trying to keep it up to date as possible. So if youre a Mizzou fan, come and join us. |

Alright, so I'm doing a 60K in November. Anyone ever done a marathon on here? Most I've ran is a half marathon...I'm way in over my head here, but I told everyone I was going to do the ING marathon but got shutdown because they closed up the lotto, and you have to get a charity to sponsor you, which can't be done if you haven't ran a marathon in the past. So...I kinda had to one-up myself and do an ultra marathon. Anyone have any good training advice?
