Lets see, for the Jaguars:
1. QB, if Gabbert doesnt step forward we need to look QB
2. DE, Mincey and Branch are supposed to be the future, but we dont have a 3rd DE
3. Interior OL, Meester is old, but Nwaneri may slide over to Center leaving a hole at Guard
4. RB, MJD is a stud, but we dont have a very good #2 option right now since we dont know about Jennings after his injury
5. DT, Alualu and Knighton are the future at DT, but we are still looking for a 3rd option especially if Knighton doesnt come back.
6. WR, Blackmon and Robinson are great and we dont have a need right now, but we can always get better there.
7. LB, Smith is pushing 30 and Sessions has injury problems _________________

Titans Early Needs
Assuming the picks work out our needs would go.....
1.) Center - Do I need to explain this? Eugene Amano is the worst interior lineman in the NFL. Hopefully Kevin Matthews or Fernando Velasco take the job right from him and play well, but I doubt it.
2.) D-End Depth - Behind Wimbley and Morgan, we have Dave Ball(concussion problems), Leger Douzable(tweener), Keyunta Dawson(career journeyman), and Scott Solomon(7th round pick)
2.) Strong Safety - Jordan Babineaux isn't the long term answer.
3.) Guard - If LeRoy Harris is as bad as he was at LG, then RG is a need. Plus either way, guard would be a need bc of Hutchinson's age.
4.) Runningback - CJ is done. Time to do a complete overhaul of the running game.
5.) LB Depth - The Titans have 2 good starters at MLB(Colin McCarthy) and SLB(Akeem Ayers) and possibly another up-and-comer at WLB(Zach Brown) but behind the starters, our depth is just bad. We have career special framers behind them at the moment.
6.) Free Safety - Griffin sucks. His contract was a joke. _________________

Raiders
If people are going put us in the top 10 it will be bcause Palmer didn't perform well enough, if that is the case then we will go after a new QB.
Otherwise:
DT
DE
Outside of that a lot will depend on how the young WRs and CBs perform this year. _________________

Dolphins
NT- We are paying to much for Soali we need a young guy who play 4-3.
RG - Still dont think John Jerry is going to be the man, might be quality depth, but need to look for help.
WR- We still dont have a good WR corp, the exit of MArshall, will be felt, just cant believe so many Phins fans dont see this.
S- We will see if any of our youngsters can get the job done, but right now, I am leaning toward, might need help. _________________

QB - Cassel, no more needs to be added
34 DE - Dorsey is likely gone, we have depth but a 2nd-4th rounfd target would be good
WR - If Bowe leaves
LT - A developmental type if Albert leaves, Albert likely gets franchised if not re-signed
SILB - a Thumper type that is physical with blockers, pass coverage ability is a plus
Safety - may need a FS type, but mainly a depth need so a guy who can work both spots well. _________________

The seahawks are going to move forward with either Matt Flynn or Russell Wilson as "the guy" at QB for the next few years. Taking that into account:
1. Wide Receiver. Sidney Rice is inconsistent, mike williams has been released and there is not #1 on the roster. Need that target Badly.
2. OL Depth. We need to spend a couple picks on this in the early rounds next year. We just get too many injuries year in and out to rely on how thin the depth is
3. LB. I like what we have in KJ Wright and Bobby Wagner going forward, but leroy hill is oft-injured and getting old and our depth is horrendous at the position.
4. WR.....see above
FAc will dictate a lot of our needs, not everyone can be kept _________________

Jaguars Pre-Season Team Needs:
Tier One:
1. WR: We need a big play, field stretching guy. Robinson, while a big signing, is inconsistent and needs to show he can remain healthy.
2. CB: This is Rashean Mathis' last year and while we have good depth, we will be looking for his replacement as either the #1 or #2 option.
Tier Two:
3. OT: Is Britton's back healthy? Why is Guy Whimper still on the team? We don't know, and may be causes for bigger issues down the road.
4. OLB: Barring Session being healthy, this isn't a need, but there is no quality depth and Session always seems to be injured.
5. C: Meester is on his last knees and legs. He is a Free Agent at the end of the year and we at this time have no plans to bring him back.
Tier Three (added for depth and potential BPA when we pick):
RB: Depends on what Maurice and Rashad do this year.
DE: No quality depth behind Mincey and Branch.
DT: Alualu has bad knees and Knighton is a slab of bacon towards 350. No players behind them to step up.
QB: Need someone to develop behind Henne. This could move up pending the game play of Gabbert.

I agree with this list. Although I think that DE and DT is a bigger need than OLB. Although Sessions is often hurt, but Russell Allen is a serviceable backup whereas we have no serviceable backups at DE or DT _________________

Colts needs.
1. CB- Not even close, we need a CB in the first two rounds.
2. OG- We're set at both T spots and at C, but our G are very weak.
3. SS- Preferably a hard hitter. We've already got Bethea at FS, a great cover S and probably the best tackling S in the league.
4. Starting quality RB- If Donald Brown doesn't show he is a capable every down RB this season, he's gone.
5. Future #1 WR- If we don't trade for Mike Wallace, we need a future #1 to learn from Wayne.
6. 3-4 rush OLB- To replace Freeney, who is probably gone. We may not need one if Jerry Hughes shows why he was a first round pick.
7. 3-4 DE- Unless Nevis transitions well to DE. Preferably a run stopper who can get pressure occasionally.
8. NT- For now, Josh Chapman out of Alabama is our NT of the future. Stop mocking us to pick Lotulelei!! |

Houston Texans
1. WR- Andre is getting older and often injured, we need a better #2 with #1 potential.
2. CB- this depends on the play of Kareem Jackson, Brandon Harris, Brice McCain, and all the other young CB's on the roster.
3. 3-4 DE- Antonio Smith could be a salary cap casualty, possibly a DE starter.
4. DT/NT- rotational depth to work with Earl Mitchell, Sean Cody is probably a salary cap casualty as well.
5. OT depth- Rashad Butler may also be a salary cap casualty. Depth here because Derek Newton has been looking really good as RT depth and may be the 2013 starter.
6. TE- Owen Daniels is overpaid and to injury prone.
7. WR depth- self explanatory, our biggest team weakness. |

Buffalo's #1 need is quarterback. They do not need a nose tackle, they are going with the 4-3 and have Kyle Williams and Marcell Dareus set as the defensive tackle starters. I would rank Buffalo's needs as:
1. QB
2. WR
3. SLB
4. OT
5. CB
6. DE _________________
