As you know by now, three Cowboys made the top 100 nfl players list. Ware (6) Witten (75) and Romo (91).
What players do you feel were left off? How much higher do you feel those players listed should be? _________________

10 - Willis, Patrick
11 - Suggs, Terrell
20 - Lewis, Ray
27 - Matthews, Clay
29 - Harrison, James
51 - Urlacher, Brian
52 - Miller, Von
54 - Cushing, Brian
58 - Vilma, Jonathan
72 - Briggs, Lance
78 - Johnson, Derrick
85 - Bowman, NaVorro
87 - Fletcher, London
96 - Jackson, D'Qwell _________________

Fine, but if you WERE to have your own top 100 list. How many Cowboys would you have? _________________

Witten, Romo, Ware are guarantees. Lee, Austin, and Ratliff are guys who one could make an argument for being in the list as well. _________________

Vilma is too high but I'd put him at 86 between Bowman and Fletcher. _________________ R.I.P. Nikolas and Brian you will truly be missed.

I don't know about Austin. I think he is great. I probably could not list 10 WR's better (making him top 10) but...I also don't consider him one of the top 100 players.
Ratliff I could make an argument for. It would probably be in the 90's somewhere. And probably mid 90's at that. _________________

Pat McQuistan. It's obvious that he was intentionally left off because he'd set too high of a benchmark for anyone else to live up to. _________________

Like I said, you could make an argument for Austin but I personally would not put him in the top 100. I think our other wide receiver, Dez, will cement himself on that list after this year.
I think mid-90s is fair for Ratliff at this point in his career, considering his level of play has tailed off over the last few seasons. _________________

Lee should have been ahead of Bowman.
Romo should have been #5-#7 QB but they're still living I'm 06.
Ware should have been #3
Witten shouldn't have been as high as he was _________________

I think Romo should have been higher in the 60s-70s.
Witten was about right.
I thought Ware would be between 4 and 6.
I don't think any other Cowboy deserved to be on the list. Lee missed too many games and hasn't yet established himself as a top LB quite yet. If he can play a full 16 games at a similar level as last year, then he'll likely make the list.
Smith could be make it next year if he can make a smooth transition to LT. He has the talent to be one of the best LTs in the game. _________________
