Dude needs to realize it's 2012 and not 1999 any more. If I wanted 1999, I'd put on that old Mos Def LP...not a rip off 13 years later.
Side note: not to say I'm comparing Mos Def to Joey...just comparing acclaimed hip hop records of both years

Capital Steez. He's my favorite part of Progressive Era.
1999 is nice too.
"Survival Tactics" and "Suspect" are my favorite jams.
