Understandable. Coaches work mad hard and that doesn't leave a lot of time for family. _________________

It's not like he's leaving entirely. He's still going to have a gameday type role with the team. Although I wanted him to be one of the guys coaching up these kids, I'm happy that he's still going to be around. Exactly, he's exactly the type of role model these young kids should be looking up to. Old school, hard and uncompromising player. At least he's still involved in some capacity. _________________ “It may take us a short while, but we'll get that nastiness of the Raiders back.”

I get his reasons for why he did it.
He was an assistance too the offensive line coach. He's bustling his hump on a daily basses for below the other coaches too which you hardly see family. |
