Saban: Duron Carter no longer with team

Just read a tweet from ESPN's Joe Schad who says that Nick Saban has announced the Duron Carter, son of Ohio State Legend and All-Time NFL great Cris Carter, is no longer with the Alabama Crimson Tide. Carter was given the boot from Ohio State after being suspended for the 2010 Rose Bowl and played 2 years of JUCO before transferring to Alabama.

What a waste of talent this guy was he could never keep his head out of his lower backside.

I'm sure some people on this board new he was in the dog house at Alabama but I figured I'd post this since Schad was now confirming it as fact.

yeah he had a lot of issues he was always in tressel's dog house and from what i've heard saban wasn't too fond of his behavior either.

Given how Cris Carter's pre-Minnesota days went, it's difficult not to say 'like father like son' -- quite obviously in rather different ways. That being said, I believed Duron Carter had talent, but I've always felt he's been a little on the overrated side. He didn't have as much polish as I'd have preferred.

Just proof the kid has no work ethic at all. Couldn't keep his grades straight and has gotten kicked off 3 different teams.
