I saw he was at 290. Dantonio said he is a football player, and is able to move from De, Dt, and LB. he definitely will make that De depth scary. Bullough is in one of my summer classes, he is absolutely massive. it's going to be scary what this D can do. As long as Trenton Robinson is replaced, this D is going to be nasty. _________________

I've seen Thomas around campus, I think that 280-290 number might be a lot inflated, otherwise he hides it really well. _________________

2014 class is off to a nice start. Picked up another Bullough(Byron) who's supposedly the best of the bunch at that age. By all means an MSU lock but still nice to see so far. _________________

excited for this season. Really would love to beat Michigan again. Fans I know(in real life) are unbearable.
also excited to see the young passing game develop. Will be interesting how they feed off our already established running game. The D is obviously our strength but the O is capable of big things IMO.
10-11 wins is my expectation. I legitimately believe we have the team capable of making a Natty title run. Any thoughts? | LOL MSU would have to beat Wisconsin, Michigan, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Iowa, and OSU to run the table and avoid any other upsets at the same time. They won't be favored against Wisconsin, Michigan, or OSU. _________________

It's tough for any team to go unbeaten, but I feel like you could definitely make a legitimate argument that they're better than any team on their schedule. If Maxwell has a good year, they're going to be extremely difficult to beat.
OSU comes to EL. There's a good chance MSU will be favored by at least 2 or 3 points.
@Wisconsin and @Michigan on paper are the two toughest games and biggest obstacles in the way of MSU going unbeaten. A combined 7-1 against the two schools in the last 8 meetings does have me optimistic.
Someone asked me what record I'd predict if I was putting $1,000 on it and I said 10-2. I just don't think 12-0 is out of the realm of possibility.
By the way, I'm not the only one who feels they have a legitimate shot to make a run.

It's an optimistic take to be certain. But, as I showed you, there are people nationally who also feel that way.
It'll fall on Maxwell and the young wideouts. If as a whole the passing game is productive then the team could take an unblemished record far into the season.
Not saying it's going to happen. Like I said I predicted 10-2. The inexperience is likely to get the best of them at least once or twice this year. _________________

When we look at recent performance that highlights MSU's losses and ignore anything positive about the program, it is clear that MSU is outclasses.
Further, I think I have to let it be known that Wisconsin is undefeated against MSU when you only look at the games that they've won.
I think at this point the best thing we can do is talk about how much Michigan sucks. Michigan really sucks. Their rivalry with Ohio State is completely overrated. MICHIGAN MICHIGAN MICHIGAN _________________

exciting stuff | It's a sports message board dude. I saw something I didn't agree with, stated my opinion, and backed it up. _________________

#68 player on Rivals for 2011. red-shirted last season so he'll have three more years of eligibility beginning next year. Not bad. |
From Ohio State to Michigan State, this kid must have a lot of hate in his heart for the Wolverines. _________________

Yeah in-conference transfers are extremely rare. The only other one that I can think of off-hand is Justin Boren who hated RichRod so much that he transferred to OSU, and then on Halloween in Columbus dressed like him in an effort to make fun of him.
This could be big if Gholston decides to leave after this year. With that said though, I'd like to know why he left OSU and how he was doing there. _________________
