He'll get probation, community service, and prob pay a hefty fine. But I doubt he gets jail time.
Also, is this NFL News since he isnt on a team, and it doesnt really matter if he goes to jail?

He went from a top five WR to a nobody rather quickly. I suppose we've seen the end of Eight Five on Sundays. He used to be one of my favorites too.
