| Haynesworth best years were 07 and 08 (6 sacks, 40 TTs; 8.5 sacks, 51 TTs), while Gilbert peaked in 93 with the Rams (10 sacks, 81 TTs) and Russell in 98 (10 sacks, 64 TTs). huge underachievers, but which one had the biggest potential? |

Haynesworth. While I didn't see the others play, I couldn't imagine a tackle having a better build than Haynesworth. In 07 and 08 he absolutely dominated, but I don't think we ever saw how great he truly could have been.

Agreed. Haynesworth in 08 was truely an all-time great season performance by a defensive player. Too bad he was lazy and couldn't do it his whole career.

Haynesworth was the best player in the entire NFL in 2008.

And led his team to the best record in the NFL but didn't get MVP or DPOY. Ridiculous.
