Randy hitting the random kid with the car was gold. I love the way South Park kills off the disposable characters.

The Jim Rome bit had me dying. Especially when he told everyone what he was promoting, ridiculous! Scratch that, super ridiculous!
Also when Stan said, "Yeah, like he doesn't exaggerate every illness he's ever had" Oh, so true.
