I remember before the Texans game I got absolutely killed for saying WW was equally as good as DJ in man coverage. WW then showed he does have the ability to play man coverage by covering Kevin Walter 1v1 on an out route before making a fantastic one handed INT.
I am not saying WW is a world beater obviously (especially against power running teams) but I actually think he is now underrated (as opposed to overrated) in these parts. _________________ 20 TIMES, 20 TIMES MAN UNITTTTTEEDDD

That's not even really debatable. I think WW has his issues (run game specific) but he's very capable handling some WRs and chipping/covering TEs in space. I don't think he's DJ Williams, nor is he that close, but I feel we are using him to his strengths this year instead of trying to make him be DJ.
That being said, I would say our LB corp is obviously not very strong, and Brooking has no business starting, but WW is the kind of guy you need on a contending team. _________________

| Robert Griffin's career is going to be over before it starts if he keeps taking the beating he has thus far. I have watched all but one of their games and he has taken numerous brutal hits. |

Not even close really. | Sometimes it seems like it. Woodyard's pass coverage does seem to be overrated by us and I've seen Von be pretty solid in coverage. On the rare occasion he's even in coverage.
I bet if he was used in coverage more often, he would become better. He has the tools for it. _________________

Now that I can' debate. He has physical skills that are off the charts. That said, I doubt we'll ever see him much in that mode. he has too much of an impact at the LOS. |

It may not work out from the beginning but the physical tools are there like you said. _________________

Norv Turner is idiotic, he clearly should have taken Gaither out that final series. Good thing for Broncos that the Chargers lost! _________________

Their Offense is lacking playmakers and their O-Line is worse than ours. If Gaither is out, Harris will be such a liability for them. Mathews started to get some good runs and catches in this game. We need to watch out for those counter, screens and backdoor PA passes. Rivers is being left to dry out there, so we need to take advantage of that. Their Defense has improved, they lack depth in the secondary and are very aggressive. Manning should see the blitz they try to throw at him, he'll probably avoid Weddle or bait him. Phillips and Ingram could provide some problems and Butler is just beastin. _________________

that's like saying if clady is out whoever fill his spot will be such a liability for us. |

Yes from an average LT to an undrafted rookie LT who has been dominated thus far in his career. Sorry a huge liability. Any team losing their LT would be at a disadvantage but having an undrafted rookie LT start is tremendous for an attacking defense like ours. _________________
