If San Fran can do what the Pats did (force the Bills to play in nickle most of the game) then Gore will go ham on them. Thing is 49ers aren't that great at passing. The Bills should be able to key in on the 49ers run game without worrying about Smith too much. _________________

This gets said before every single game by a good chunk of the FF crowd. 13-3 last year and off to a 3-1 start this year. If only it was that easy... _________________

That was the game plan going against Brady, Gronkowski, Welker and Lloyd. The 49ers just aren't that team on offense. Buffalo won't dare SF to run on them simply because the 9ers are a run first team. I expect Buffalo to look to stop the run game and make Smith beat them. _________________

I think San Fran blows them up worse than they did the Jets.

Yes, the Bills are going to be slaughtered.
Seems like since MN beat them, every fan feels there team can beat the 49ers too. It takes stingy defense, an efficient passing game and a persistent running game to beat this 49ers team. Ironically, I basically just described the 49ers. |

Bills - 144
49ers - 17
Buuuut San Fran holds Fitzmagic to under 600 yards and he only gets 7 TDs
CJ Spiller gets held under 201 yards (he gers 200) and only has 4 TDs
Stevie Johnson catches 22 passes (NFL record) 4 TDs
Scott Chandler catched 2 TDs for a whopping 7 yards.

Definitely any given Sunday. I think this game will be close. Teams coming off blowout wins tend to play a little off the next week. _________________

You're a Seabirds fan... I'm sure you pick every underdog against San Fran. _________________

New England didn't really force the Bills to play nickel. They never had more than 3 wide receivers on the field. The Bills played nickel even with 2 receivers on the field, Gronkowski, a running back, and one of freaking Daniel Fells or Michael Hoomanawanui on the field. Dumb gameplanning by Dave Wannstedt is to blame. It's a shame for the Bills Chan Gailey decided to hire his buddy to be coordinator when last year's coach was better. _________________ Stop slobbering over Brian Dawkins |

I thought Minnesota had no chance and they proved me wrong. I still think Buffalo has no chance though. I don't think their offense can compete. Especially with Urbik and Glenn out. _________________

Agreed with this. SF will let them hang around by not capitalizing on offense, like the first half vs the Jets last week. _________________

SF has to capitalize on O. If they don't, the Bills could hang around. _________________
