Ruskie, please don't use wins for a pitcher as a credible stat. It is entirely too dependent and is outdated. There are much better stats to use that better show how well a pitcher has performed in a given period of time. |
To be fair, Tiger fans used wins to argue that he should be the MVP last year. I came in here to say he didn't have enough wins to get the CY. It would've been a joke, but makes sense.  |

I don't think you understand what I was saying.
I was saying that, tiger fans thought he should be MVP because he had a bunch of wins. So now this year, that he doesn't have the wins, there should be a different pitcher to win the CY right?
I know you're not a tiger fan. I also don't think wins are a great stat to use. As I stated, it would've been a joke. _________________

Wins wasnt a real big argument for. His all around numbers were dominant last year. Wins were icing on the cake _________________
