I would post them but some of the team names are inappropriate for the forum and I don't know who is who off-hand. The link should let you see, however.

For the second week in a row, since making my big trade, I had the highest scoring team of the week in my money league with 114. I needed every point. I won 114-113. Laughing

Wow, I accidentally started 2 players on their bye week and still put up 136 points Cool

Now if only this weren't my first win of the season... Laughing

I'm in a 12 man league. First off, my QB's suck. I just flipped Deangelo Williams and Carson Palmer for Pettigrew and Flacco. Now this is my team..

QB: Flacco // Romo
RB: MJD // Ridley // Mathews // Donald Brown // B. Powell
WR: Nicks // M. Wallace // Dez Bryant // Mike Williams // Jon Baldwin
TE: Rudolph // Pettigrew // Fred Davis
DEF: Rams // Cowboys

It's an alright team. I liked it more before the season began. I was this close to having Lynch and Matt Ryan instead of MJD and Romo, I'm kicking myself for that.

Anyways, here's the deal. A guy in my league has Gronk and Bush but is really lacking depth. If you were me, would you trade:

Pettigrew/Rudolph
MJD
Mike Williams
Fred Davis

for

Gronk
Reggie Bush
Daniel Thomas
Cecil Short (it's either that, or Sidney Rice. He really has very little at WR, and from what we've talked about, Rice is out of the question).

So, what do you think?

My leagues format is this btw
QB
RB
RB
WR
WR
TE
FLEX (RB/WR/TE for both)
FLEX
DEF

I am in a 10 team league, mostly standard ESPN, although we made the flex so it can also be a tight end.

(1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1 Flex, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF)

My Team:

QB: Brees
RB: MJD
RB: Fred Jackson
WR: Julio Jones
WR: Demariyus Thomas
TE: Jimmy Graham
FLEX: Rob Gronkowski
K: Who cares, I cant remember
DEF: Chicago

Bench:
Doug Martin
James Jones
Heath Miller (although dont need as I have both graham and gronk)
Arizona D
Kevin Ogletree
Brandon Bolden
Ben Tate

Would really like to spin a deal for a better RB, or 3rd WR since Julio and Thomas share a bye week.

So you got Jimmy Graham and Gronk in the 3rd and 4th round? How did that happen...

Thank God for morons, huh? Flacco is having a pretty good year. I can't believe you were able to land him for Palmer and Williams. Nice move.

It's always easy to look back on the draft and see the picks we should have made. I made some pretty bad picks myself. Luckily, I found some idiot to trade with and my team has made a huge turnaround.

As far as the trade, I'd be inclined to do it. Gronk is a stud and once he gets the hip issue figured out, he should be back on track for a good season. Bush would be a very nice pickup as well. Thomas and Shorts are essentially throwaway players, but you're definitely getting the better end of the deal. I'd keep Rudolph if possible. He seems to be redzone target right now for the Vikings, so I'd trade Pettigrew, if possible. MJD is having a terrible year (as far as fantasy numbers are concerned) and Williams and Davis are just too inconsistent. With Gronk and Bush, you'd be getting two guys who should at least be getting you positive points each week. Other than MJD (who is putting up low numbers), you have a bunch of guys who could go weeks, without a single point, because they just aren't targeted or don't get the carries. I say do it, if the other party agrees.

I would too. Unfortunately, you're probably gonna have to give up one of your good WR's to get a quality RB. If you dealt James Jones, it probably wouldn't hurt as much as losing Julio Jones or D. Thomas. Those are two excellent WR's. I'd hold onto them as long as you can. They're probably one of the strongest WR tandems in your league. Right now, James Jones value is as high as it's gonna get, because he's on a hot streak. I'd shop him hard all week and maybe include Branden Bolden as well. A deal like that, should land you a pretty good RB.

I'd definitely go with Ponder. The Redskins secondary is their achilles heel. He should be able to exploit that. I don't believe, they have a guy who can keep Percy Harvin in check.

Looking to upgrade my roster a little in the same league as above where i asked for Qb help.

OB- Cam Newton/Jay Cutler/ Ponder(bye week fill in)
RB- Marshawn, Jamaal Charles, Alfred Morris, Alex Green(if i get him through waivers), Doug Martin
WR- Calvin, Vincent Jackson, Steve Smith, Torrey Smith, Golden Tate
TE- Pettigrew, Rudolph
D/st- Seattle
K- GZ

this is a PPR and i wanted to upgrade my TE position so i offered a guy Doug Martin for Owen Daniels. Offered Martin b.c i have nice RB depth. Is this a good deal for me or should i take the offer off the table??

Keep it on. It would be a good deal for you if he accepts. Personally, I'd look to upgrade the Defense/ST. Statistically, Seattle has a great defense, but in fantasy terms, we're just middle of the pack. We only have 1 Defensive/ST touchdown so far.
