With Chris Johnson playing below par(actually horrible might I say) and his attitude being absolutely terrible, I have been thinking of some trade scenarios and was wondering which trade would entice you the most.
CJ quote of the week:
Talking about the Vikings Game.
“Not just the running game, the whole offense didn’t do anything,” Johnson said. “Nobody made plays. Everything took a toll; you just can’t say the running game. It’s the whole offense.”
hahaha here he is trying to to deflect criticism to the passing game(which was actually heterocious). But c'mon man, Chris take some responsibility and worry about your own job in the offense. Soon he's going to run out of excuses.
Anyways...here we go. Which would interest you the most/make you the most happy? And what is a trade you would like to see/do if you were the GM of the Titans?
1. Titans and Jets
Titans Receive: 5th Round Pick and 7th Round Pick
Jets Receive: Chris Johnson
2. Titans and Packers
Titans receive: Sam Shields and 5th Round Pick
Packers receive: Chris Johnson
3. Titans and Bengals
Titans receive: D. Peko(DT)
Bengals receive: Chris Johnson and 6th Round Pick
4. Titans and Cardinals
Titans receive: 3rd Round Pick and Beanie Wells
Cardinals receive: Chris Johnson and David Stewart
5. Titans and Lions
Titans receive: Corey Williams and 6th Round Pick
Lions receive: Chris Johnson
6. Titans outright release Chris Johnson
7. Titans trade Chris Johnson for a box of chocolate.
8. Bench Chris Johnson but keep him on the roster in situational roles
9. Keep Chris Johnson and let him play out his contract. |

Obviously a joke, none of these I would even consider. Beanie Wells is on IR btw, can't trade him. _________________

We won't do anything with him. He's staying put, get used to it. I would however like to trade Britt. He will never be healthy for a full season. _________________

Signed. BTW, Jennings is just as injury prone as Britt, he just has avoided the season ending injuries
How about:
Titans 2nd or 3rd overall pick
for
Team X's 10th overall pick, 3rd round pick, and 1st Rd in 2014
so they can draft Geno Smith _________________

We're going to need to get the #1 pick bc Geno is going #1. With the way the season is going, the #1 pick is not out of question for us. Trade the #1 pick for ransom like the Rams did with the Redskins and build. We already have some key pieces with Locker, McCarthy, and Casey. Now make smart FA signings and build through the draft but we'll need to some serious firings at seasons end. _________________

Check your smelf.
I like the one where he's running with the bed lol, the one where the guy sold his tickets and is on the airplane is pretty awkward though _________________

WAAAYYY too early to tell. Keep in mind though, teams love their QB's. There are other ones highly rated, both of the Tyler's and Barkley. Team might trade up to get their guy once the #1 is off the board. _________________

I was actually talking about the guy on the plane and the old spice one when he doing pushups with the girl on the jet ski on his back. _________________

Ha I haven't seen that one yet.
oh, and ttitansfan4life, maybe we're just having a pipe dream, but I think this actually could happen. Maybe the Redskins set the precedent, and RG3 goes off to have a big year after his concussion. So let's discuss a few questions here:
1) Did the Rams just get away with one or do we REALLY have a chance to hold a king's ransom?
2) How many teams need QB's? And are they in a situation where it's necessary to give up several high picks to get "their guy"?
3) If Locker keeps getting hurt, Munchak gets fired and there's a firesale, would WE consider taking a QB and trading Locker? ( I know it seems absurd, but considering who we hire as HC would most likely want their own QB and first round salaries are expendable now, and of course Locker still holds value if we decided to trade him, but it never hurts to have competition)
Keep in mind none of this may happen, but it's up for discussion. There are several big IF's _________________

Out of the ones you mentioned, probably the Packers trade.
Pretty sure he'll just be released at season's end though _________________
