+1.
Be interesting to see the offensive gameplan in this one now with Williams out. |
15 running plays instead of 17! Seriously, I'm expecting a 3rd week in a row where Kolb is asked to carry the offense. It will work this time. _________________

We are going to throw the ball, a LOT. In the two games we have played since Beanie Wells went onto the recall IR we have thrown 98 passes and taken 17 sacks an average of 57 dropbacks per game.
Now we have lost Ryan Williams for the season too, I would not be surprised if we came out and just threw the ball every down.
147 offensive plays, 32 runs 21.7% run, 78.3% pass. |
I don't know, Whiz did seem to be pretty upset about the lack of balance the last 2 weeks. Maybe it starts to revert back to the first 3 weeks of the season. |

Ryan Williams officially placed on IR and the team resigns CB Crezdon Butler.
I have always liked Butler but I think this says more about Toler's availibility this week.
Went down with a knee after the long TD pass in STL.
For those hoping for another RB, this would have been that time. _________________

Huh, didn't even know the Redskins released him. I kinda always liked him too.
Hopefully we see more Jamell Fleming this week. |

Cards 24 Bills 16
With any game we play, I'm never confident. It'll be a good game (as far as point differential, not the play on the field ). |

Why do people like Crezdon Butler. He has barely played snaps enough to even get an opinion. |

Same reason I liked Patrick Peterson when he didn't have enough snaps to form an opinion, I liked him out of college. |

I'm going to say it again, we have to stop the run. If we let Spiller and Jackson get going, we'll be in trouble. |

The OL Yibbyl mentioned, Colin Brown, has been placed on IR. As insurance, the Bills have signed old friend Reggie Wells. |

How many years has he been in the league? 4? What has he done in 4 years? Nothing. |

This is currently his 3rd year in the league but who cares, he's a 5th CB not a starter. If he had a proven 2 year career he wouldn't have been available, much is the case for anyone we could have signed today. |

Butler is familiar with the system and is more capable of hitting the ground running instead of spending the next 6-7 weeks just trying to learn the plays and responsibilities. I'm not opposed to the signing. It is possible that he is being signed for just this week as the Bills like to use their receivers. Maybe next week we will drop him and sign someone else. _________________

From my understanding is that they wanted to sign him to the practice Squad after they cut him.
Like Crezdon Butler college tape. So I got no problem with the signing. |

Rinehart will get the nod at RG and IMO he is a better player than Brown. Our OLine is hurting but we definately have some solid depth players.
Should be a good game to watch, both teams coming off bad games. _________________
