For the record I 100% support the youth movement. I just see Byrd as middle aged and with talent. _________________

Agree partly on this. To early to tell who will be free agents. Some will get franchised and some will get resigned. Take Levetre and Byrd. Buffalo could sign one and franchise the other.
Now where I disagree with you is about positions we should look at. Take free safety unless you think Young or Hagg will just magically become good safeties it is a need either in free agency or the draft. Same with some other positions. _________________ browns and indian fan 7272

I second this. Toss a vet offensive lineman in there and that's an A+. |

disagree. Its not too early, its too late.
There were glaring holes on the roster before the season started that were not addressed sufficiently in the offseason. We are seeing effects of that inaction now.
2013 offseason hopefully the Browns use FA to eliminate the NEEDS on the team so they can use the draft for BPA and special/project players that are of particular interest. Then the team can into the season with a more complete team. |

Its not, but you're asking what position they will target in free agency.
Its week 6. New owner is stepping in next week. Who knows who our GM, coach, etc will be. Who knows which players will have a solid last 3/4 year.
I dunno. I just see it as too early to tell based on a lot of factors. _________________

I dunno. I just see it as too early to tell based on a lot of factors. | I realize that. That's why I said I would focus on the too three positions and create a list of possible free agents.
The purpose is to just learn more about other players in the league that may become a brown. _________________ 2013 First Ballot Recipient of the Joe Blackburn Award |

I really hope we go all out for Greg Jennings or Dwayne Bowe. Then add a solid Guard and our offense will take a huge step forward.
Continue to address the D in the draft. _________________
