Speaking of minimizing injuries....
Am I the only one who wants Nicks to sit out until he is fully ready? |

Hoping for an exciting injury-free game on Sunday. Honestly, I'm not expecting a win from the 49ers here. We've decimated the Jets and Bills, and I'm sure it will go to our players heads. If the 49ers do win, it will be coming back from a 1st half deficit. You guys should give us some issues during the start of the game, and it should take some time for our offense to sync together now that we're going against a good defense. _________________

Call me greedy, but I want him back 2 weeks ago. It's time to man up and play through some pain. Obvioulsy we all love the guy and want him healthy for the long term, but it is time to send a message to the league THIS weekend, and I don't think that message gets sent without 88. _________________ W O R L D C H A M P I O N S '86, '90, '07, '11 |

So it looks like Eli will have plenty of receivers to throw to this week with Nicks and Barden coming back. I really hope the Giants don't waste time pounding their heads into a wall with the running game. We need to play to our strength, not the 49er's strength. We have 5 talented receivers, a talented TE, and most importantly, an elite QB. The weather is supposed to be perfect. Spread out that defense and light up the scoreboard. That will also force the 49ers away from the ground game and put the game on Alex Smith's shoulders. Eli versus Smith in a shootout? I like our chances.
And I really hope Wilson's playbook consists of more than the counter run this week. _________________

Getting Keith Rivers and Jayron Hosely back could go a long ways in defending the pass. _________________

I Also wanna see what david wilson has to offer against a great D , I'm just saying i would love to see Da'Rel thrown into the mix 2 get his season going against a Top D. I Personally think it would be good for him cause then after that he would understand the level he needs to train at in order to be the best he can be. |

Now that nicks is in the game SF is gonna have to change up some of their game plan concering the D. With nicks in the line up & cruz coming off a 3 TD game with hixon i. The mix the running lanes will open up as the D is throwing Coverages to protect against all the WR Weapons Eli now has , I Certainly am looking for a run game and i honestly believe as the clock tics our run game will be found ; ) , Really can't wait for this game only thing that sucks is i gotta work , However i will be DVRing This Game and watching after reguardless of if we get the W or manage our way out of getting the W |
