I would've thought Josh Freeman was making case for player of the month.
but he isn't as big a name as Rodgers, so I guess its just whatever.

Rodgers had 14 TD's and 1 INT
Freeman had 9 TD's and 1 INT
Freeman had 0 games with a 60% completion or higher.
All 4 of Rodgers games were over 60% and 1 was over 80%.

So what?
That means Freeman has an advantage over Rodgers in some other month.
Also why isn't it "coincidentally" the number of passes he had in the St. Louis game where he threw 3 TDs?

And that's all very valid, my only point was that you can't just come out and say 14-1>9-1 w/o telling the whole story. As I said, I have no problem w/ Rodgers being named DPOM.

Freeman shouldn't have been mentioned, though. Mentioning his name shows that he really didn't compare the two players. That is like a Packers poster saying Casey Hayward should be mentioned as someone who should've been named on the defensive side of the ball over Tillman.
Bear fans - Whose side are you on?!?!?! Vikings or Packers?!?!?!?! Despite the rivalry, and the fact I hate your team, I'd side with you 99% of the time over Viking/Lions.

It has a lot less to do with this and more to do with the low quality troll attempt of SteelKing728 by saying he won it based on his name, when in fact his on field play was good enough to get the award. |
