I dont know what else I have to say to get people to realize Luke Joeckel is in no way shape or form a Better LT than Roger Saffold. Unless we are getting our hands on a "Franchise LT" Type then there is no reason that we will be drafting a guy to play LT this year. Saffold is still under contract through next season and he is staying at LT for 2013.
The Rams Front Office decision makers, Les Snead & Jeff Fisher, have selected a COMBINED 1 Offensive Lineman in the First round of the NFL Draft in the Last DECADE. They brought in an OL Coach who is known for coaching up guys, mid rounders and Street FA to be a good unit. Thats obviously the plan, we knew the OL was a Problem and the only major things they did this off season was Sign the Top Center out there and Draft a 5th round Guard. Other than that it was nothing more than castoffs.
Right now there are only 2 OLineman that I can see us taking in the 1st round, Chance Warmack because he is a monster on the inside (we still need a RG) or Taylor Lewan as the new RT. No possible LT in this group. And they are only taking one of these two if the board falls such that they are great values and all the other top guys that can really help us are gone.
And a CB? Get out. Some one tried this earlier in the year and its still absurd. We just signed one of if not the best CBs on the market last year in Cortland Finnegan, then drafted possibly the most talented Cover Corner in Janoris Jenkins. Then on top of all of that we grabbed another Talented/Troubled Cover man in Trumaine Johnson. And they clearly like Bradly Fletcher and want to bring him back.
The options in those spots are 1-Trade out with someone who wants Geno 2-Keenan Allen, 3-Chance Warmack 4-Trade out 5-Justin Hunter 6-Trade out 7-David Amerson as a Safety 8-Trade out |

Would prefer other positions over CB, but I like Banks. _________________

Like the Falcons pick alot. Yes we have quite a few DE's but only 1 of them are doing anything close to what a Starting DE does every game and thats Abraham which will be gone in 2 yrs at most and could drop off next year or the year after who knows. Biermann looks pretty good and can hold his own but is at best a good rotational player spot starter. So yes we could use a legit DE that can take over when Abe leaves since none of our others have stepped up since we took them in the draft. _________________

Im ok with Barkley for KC
i think St Louis shoudl really get a weapon or 2 for Bradford
Keep in mind they lack a true number 1 WR and it looks like SJax is on the way out (something to consider) _________________
