The hit on Fitz wasn't necessary, but it is no where close to being dirty. At least he opened his arm to wrap Fitz to the ground with his body. Dirty hits are hits where players lead with their helmet to hit another player.

I see no reason Spikes won't be fined. You guys can complain about the hit on Fitz all you want. My problem is with people who complain about the hit on Jackson, which was completely legal. |
I dont disagree with the Jackson hit. What I didnt like was Spikes flexing and showboating while Jackson was still laying on the turf getting checked out. Classless. |
Its legal by the rules, but you cant tell me he wasnt head hunting on the play he clearly lower he shoulder into the head. He wont be fined but its something the NFL needs to look at moving forward. |
Again, it's the classless act of flexing while Jackson is being treated for a brain injury that really got us pissed off on that play. There's no way to get around it, he has NO respect for the game of football or its players. |
You have absolutely NO way of proving that one way or the other. Unless you know him on a personal level and how he feels about the game of football.
I've looked up a bunch of different poles on who the dirtiest players in the NFL are over the past few seasons and not once was Spikes mentioned. |

And sorry...but it's not like he's exactly wrong about Buffalo...been there quite a few times and while its not a dirty or bad place it is boring and in the middle of nowhere.

Have you guys ever had like a fight with your sister or friend or brother, and you catch them being wrong, but then like 3 days later they come back and try to continue the argument because they clearly have nothing else to do?

Fitz is a real football player. He will run and dive head-first to move the chains, get in a LBer's face after a cheap shot, block for his RB down the field, and doesn't cry to the refs. I'm happy to have him.
