I remember reading this article about Chip Kelly:

| Quote: | | Like Paul DePodesta and Billy Beane did in baseball, Kelly's genius comes from exploiting arithmetic that other coaches are too naïve to acknowledge. |
Yes, its a Yahoo article, but they do make some great points. Plus, he has the aggressive style that this team has never seen before. I just hope Oregon finally wins a BCS national championship so Kelly will finally make that jump. _________________

We really shouldn't get our hopes up about Chip Kelly guys, even if he leaves Oregon. I would put money on it won't be for us. _________________

Just another article on Chip Kelly and his offensive mindset. I've been a fan of Kelly's since he went to Oregon, the Ducks have by far been the most fun team to watch play during his tenure. I would love to have him as our coach, those who think his coaching style is a gimmick need to read this so they will understand why Kelly is the best option at coach for us next year. Cam is his wet dream QB and he will return Double Trouble to the best RB tandem in the league. Here's hoping Oregon wins it all this year so he can move on to the next (and obvious) coaching challenge, the NFL. _________________ Keeping the Panthers relevant in the city of angels. |

He might be enticed by Newton. _________________

Does anybody have any interest in us getting Andy Reid if he gets Fired in Philly? _________________

Good God no. Since 1999 Andy Reid has gone to 1 Super Bowl, and coached his team to a far less exciting performance against the Patriots than John Fox was able to put together one year earlier. Our problem this year has been a supreme lack of a running game, and Andy throws the ball 80% of the time. Jim Johnson was a mastermind of the blitz and the Eagles D hasn't been the same since he unfortunately had to retire (RIP).
Also, and maybe I'm just an a$$hole, but I can't stand to see a professional sports coach be so grossly overweight. How can you demand everything from your players and nothing from yourself? _________________ Keeping the Panthers relevant in the city of angels. |

yeah, let's hire someone who likes to abandon the run more than we already do!
not to mention someone who hasn't won a playoff game in like... how many years? _________________
